Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering an account or using any part of the laki5 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and laki5 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access to, and use of the laki5 online gaming and sports betting platform available at laki5.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and third-party account usage are prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must complete KYC verification as requested by laki5 before your first withdrawal. laki5 may request KYC documentation at any time for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of laki5 is lawful in your location.
laki5 uses automated and manual processes to verify eligibility. Any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed breaches will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, including any bonus funds, in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention and consumer-protection standards.
3Key Definitions
The following terms carry the definitions set out below wherever they appear in these Terms or in any related policy document published by laki5.
Account
A registered player profile on laki5, identified by a unique mobile number and protected by a player-set password.
Balance
The total of real-money funds held in a player's laki5 account wallet, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
Bonus
Promotional credit or free spins awarded by laki5 subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods as set out in individual offer terms.
Wager
A real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any casino game, sports market, or other betting product offered on the laki5 platform.
Withdrawal
A transfer of funds from a player's laki5 balance to their registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account.
KYC
Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required by laki5 prior to processing withdrawals or as required for compliance purposes.
4Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on laki5. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — including accounts held in another person's name for the benefit of the same player — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. laki5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. - You must notify laki5 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- laki5 may suspend your account pending identity verification at any time, particularly where unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Account closure may be requested by the player at any time by contacting laki5 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification.
- laki5 reserves the right to close accounts and refuse service at its discretion, including where it reasonably believes that a player is in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
laki5 will retain account records for a minimum of five years following account closure, or such longer period as may be required for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
laki5 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as set out in the table below and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

laki5 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their standard transaction fees, which are outside laki5's control. laki5 will not be responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the account holder has completed an alternative payment method verification with laki5 support. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds. laki5 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
6Bonuses and Promotions
laki5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms when accepted. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period as specified in each individual offer. Unused bonuses or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
- laki5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have made a genuine real-money deposit. laki5 does not offer no-deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated in a specific, time-limited promotional announcement.
Bonus Wagering Reminder

7Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
By using the laki5 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the standard of fair play expected of all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds.

- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process, including the use of another person's identity documents.
laki5 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern analysis systems. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to review, balance hold, and suspension pending investigation. laki5's determination regarding fair-use breaches is final and binding.

9Intellectual Property

laki5 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. laki5 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, provided that laki5 takes reasonable steps to minimise downtime and communicates maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
11Amendments to These Terms
laki5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, laki5 will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. The revised Terms will come into effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the laki5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
